By accessing or using SuperIDE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. SuperIDE is a platform for optimizing agentic coding workflows.

2. Description of Service

SuperIDE provides tools for context management, prompt optimization, and agentic memory synchronization across various IDEs. Services are available under Free and Pro tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You acknowledge that SuperIDE provides "navigator" services and the final code output is generated by third-party AI engines.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code and content you provide or generate through SuperIDE. SuperIDE owns the specialized algorithms, UI components, and proprietary "Agentic Memory" structures used to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

SuperIDE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any bugs in the generated code, token overages on third-party platforms, or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
